This is in reference to my recent LaBree muffler install. The idle and low rpm city driving level is slightly higher than the previous mufflers. I just did some highway miles yesterday and the db level is higher than my ebay mufflers - go figure. Now I don't know if that's attributed to shorter termination point of the muffler tips. The only way I'd be able to know if extending the mufflers further out to reduce the db level would be to find out from those that have re-done their exhaust systems where the terminating point is further than the previous system. I haven't detected any exhaust fume issues in the cabin. Here's a side view;
